Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns, Exchanges & Shipping/Rerouted Packages

Refunds 

CMC Fashion Boutique understands that sometimes online shopping can be a "Hit or Miss" since you can't try the garment(s) on before purchase..If you are unsatisfied with the purchase CMC Fashion Boutique offers store credit ONLY (NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale.

Please note: store credit based on return does not include shipping charges, unless the return was a result of CMC Fashion Boutique. Swimwear, Lingerie, and Accessories are Final Sale. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Please email Charisec1982@gmail.com to request to return.

Exchanges 

We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Charisec1982@gmail.com and send your item to: 12500 Shaker Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio US 44120.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

All items on the website have a processing time. The processing time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days, depending on the item. After payment has been authorized & verified, the order will begin processing.We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. Please note that processing times include business day only, Monday-Friday. Exclusions include weekend and holidays. Holiday processing times are extended. Once order your has completed processing, please allow an estimated 1-3 business days for shipping. No express orders at this time. Once your order has been processed & prepared for shipping, tracking/shipping information will be issued to the email address listed on your order.  If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment.Once a item has shipped we are unable to make charges to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes. We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Rerouted Packages

Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information. If a address error is made. Please email Charisec1982@gmail.com within 8 hours of conformation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changes can be made. If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed.
